Medicaid Business Transformation DC provides District of Columbia health care professionals with an important source of tools and resources to provide value-based care and succeed in value-based payment arrangements.
Medicaid Business Transformation is funded by the DC Department of Health Care Finance (DHCF) to provide FREE technical assistance to the District’s Medicaid-eligible professionals.
Integrated Care DC is managed by the DC Department of Health Care Finance (DHCF) in partnership with the DC Department of Behavioral Health (DBH). This project is supported by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). A total of $4,598,756, or 74 percent, of the project is financed with federal funds, and 1,639,167, or 26 percent, is funded by non-federal sources.
