  • Pediatric Care: Well-child Visits
  • Acute and Chronic Conditions: Potentially Preventable Admissions
  • Maternity Care: Timeliness of Prenatal and Postpartum Care

Secure your spot by signing up today. There is no charge to participate, and our live webinars offer continuing education credit for physicians, nurses, social workers and other eligible practitioners. Participants will also receive tailored assistance through group and individualized sessions and enjoy opportunities to exchange perspectives with Medicaid managed care plans and with their peers.

And if you missed our initial learning collaborative session, catch up by watching the introductory webinar recording before the track-specific work kicks off on July 30, 2024. Ensure Your Patients Maintain Their DC Medicaid Coverage

Providers, help your patients stay covered! Direct them to the DC Medicaid Renewal Information webpage for information on how to get or renew their Medicaid health insurance. This resource offers training videos, meeting recordings, and step-by-step guides on how to use the District’s online benefits portal, District Direct.

Encourage your patients to create an account on District Direct and update their contact information so they receive important updates and know when it’s time to renew their health coverage. You can also direct people to local service centers if they prefer in-person assistance.
